I just got home, I have been out running. 1 km jogging, 1 km interval training and 0,5 km power walk + 25 sit-ups and some other arm and ab training. I am actually pretty pleased with that but tonight I will also stretch for my splits... I am getting them slow but steady! And tomorrow I will go to the gym with my girls. Ahh, feels nice! :)
Now I am just chilling in bed before the shower and food! :)
